Steps

Wait until the studio finishes loading.
Open Store instead of chat or settings.
Paste FirstCodeEver exactly.
Remove leading or trailing spaces.
Redeem once and check for the Blue Cheese Crate.
If Store is unavailable, rejoin and try again.
If it still fails, compare the official Roblox page and the current /codes/ status.

Invalid or already redeemed

If the code says invalid, check capitalization, remove extra spaces, and confirm you are using Store instead of chat or settings. If it was already redeemed on the account, the reward may not be granted again.
